Join us for this free, experiential workshop introducing practical, body-based tools you can use when clients seem stuck or caught in familiar patterns.

You’ll learn how to work with what is happening in the nervous system in the moment, with somatic tools you can begin bringing into your clinical work right away. We’ll explore how these approaches can help clients move beyond insight alone, while supporting you in feeling more grounded and resourced in your work as a therapist.

The Certification in the Embodiyou Method is a live, virtual training program for therapists who want to go deeper. This intentionally small group program helps practitioners integrate body-based tools into their clinical work so they can support clients in shifting long-held patterns in a way that actually integrates, while also supporting their own sustainability as practitioners.
