The Embodiyou Institute is a practice community for therapists offering training in our practical, evidence-based somatic method that bridges cognitive insight and embodied change. We help therapists embody new skills so they can support clients in shifting long-held patterns, building nervous system capacity, and creating change that continues outside the session.

This spring, we are launching our first certification cohort for therapists, along with free workshops designed to help clinicians build practical somatic skills they can use right away.

Why Traditional Therapy Isn’t Always Enough

Talk therapy offers insight but can fall short when it comes to addressing the root causes of stress and trauma held in the body. Without tools to regulate the nervous system and work somatically, healing can feel slow, stuck, or incomplete.

The Embodiyou Solution

The Embodiyou Method integrates neuroscience, somatic healing, and practical tools to help therapists and their clients:

  • Find the Root Cause – Quickly identify the source of dysregulation and limiting patterns

  • Heal Faster – Collaborate between mind and body for real, lasting transformation

  • Sustain Progress – Use in-the-moment tools between sessions to deepen and accelerate growth

What Makes the Embodiyou Method Different
